All bedrooms have private bathrooms, 2 w/tubs - great for multiple families. The Great Room/Kitchen area opens to our private pool (can be heated for an additional fee) 2023: New larger Kitchen Table, pictures, Chaise Lounges, Extra Beach Chairs 2022-PS5 2021: 3 New Couches, Every Mattress, Decor, Graco Travel Lite Crib, High Chair The space We are located 3 short blocks from Frangista's private beach access - 3-5 minute walk. No driving to get to a beach is needed. House has a Tankless Water Heater - never run out of hot water! First Floor: 1 Queen bedroom & Private Bathroom with Tub, 1 King bedroom & Private Bathroom with shower, Open Kitchen, Dining, Great Room with 3 couches (1 of them is a queen sleeper) plus a Half Bath 2nd Floor 3 King Bedrooms with Private bathrooms & showers, 1 Bunk Room & Private Bathroom with tub, Bunk Room has 2 Full Sized Beds in the Bunk, plus Twin Trundle (pull out) Great Room has a 65” 4K Roku TV Queen and King Suites have 55” 4K Roku TV’s, Bunk Room has a 42” Roku TV The House sleeps 14-16 - 3-5 minutes to beach! Save money with: no "resort fees" and the $750-900++ the lsv/golf cart would cost to rent! The house has Cox gigablast internet, WiFi download speeds are 325-400 mbs down, 32-35 mbs up in every room (tested on iPhone 11 Pro) Ethernet to router is 980ish down and 32-35 up. Parking accommodates 4-6 vehicles depending on size/types! Guest access Access to the house, pool area, and parking. 1 owner’s closet and storage under stairs is inaccessible. Other things to note Pool Cleaning is every Friday throughout the year. May thru September is every Wednesday and Saturday. Pool will need to be clear these 10-15 minutes when they arrive. Pool Heating fee is $35 per day extra if requested Please bring beach towels!
