Character, design, and comfort await at this eight-bedroom, six-bathroom home in the highly desirable neighborhood of Cahuilla Hills, where you can experience the best of Palm Deserts’ indoor-outdoor living.

The space
Enter the expansive grounds to find gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains and palms, as well as a designer interior living space. The sun-splashed grounds are an entertainer’s dream, featuring a private saltwater pool, waterslide, 2 waterfalls, bocce ball, pickleball & basketball sports court, putting green, outdoor shower and custom covered outdoor kitchen with TV, lounge area and outdoor dining. Additional standout amenities include the oversized fire pit and elevated jacuzzi atop your own mountain on property. You'll even have your choice of dining areas, including a formal dining room, a kitchen bar, and outdoor spaces next to the pool and the outdoor kitchen. For added convenience, this home also features two private washers and dryers. A spacious driveway provides room for up to 6 cars, giving you the freedom to explore the surrounding desert, including Joshua Tree, located less than an hour away.

More entertainment options await just steps from your front door — Casa Roca has access to public tennis courts available for guests down the road so be sure to bring your tennis rackets and balls! Eight exquisite bedrooms accommodate up to 18-guests at this unique villa all featuring Casper gel mattresses, Smart TVs, ceiling fans and AC.

- Quartz is the primary suite furnished with a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in closet, walk-in shower and separate tub
- Iron: King bed, reach in closet and direct access to bathroom (shared with Copper) with tub/shower combo
- Copper: King bed, no closet and direct access to bathroom (shared with Iron) with tub/shower combo
- Opal: 3 Queen beds, sitting area with sofa and writing desk. Private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower

First Floor:
- Agate: King bed, reach in closet and direct access to private bathroom with walk-in shower
- Mica: King bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower
- Turquoise: King bed, reach in closet and shared bathroom (with Serpentine) with double vanity and walk-in shower
- Serpentine: King bed, reach in closet and shared bathroom (with Turquoise) with double vanity and walk-in shower
