It's conveniently located within walking distance of The Ostrich an excllent local gastro pub, a childrens' playground and tennis court and has the advantage of a private lawned garden. The beautiful coast at Holkham or Burnham Overy Staithe is only 10 minutes drive away, making this the perfect base to explore the stunning North Norfolk coastline.
