Stylishly furnished throughout, The Roost has a cosy wood burning stove for winter and sizeable garden with great views for relaxing in the summer. You can even lie in bed and look out over Titchwell RSPB reserve to the sea beyond. Or from the comfortable twin room see peaceful rolling Norfolk farmland.
The well-equipped kitchen has oak worktops and a Belfast sink, but if you prefer to eat out, the renowned Titchwell Manor and Briarfields are both just five minutes’ walk from the cottage and serve excellent food.
Right by The Wash estuary, Titchwell is a very popular area for bird watchers throughout the year, but especially during spring and autumn migration, and the spectacular winter geese and wader phenomenon. Conveniently close to the Victorian seaside resort of Hunstanton, as well as Brancaster beach The Roost is a great base for exploring this beautiful part of North West Norfolk.

First Floor: Steep Norfolk winder stairs to

Double bed with bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Fabulous views over the salt marshes to Titchwell RSPB reserve and to the sea beyond.

3’ single twin beds.

South facing courtyard garden to the rear with a large fenced, fully enclosed lawned garden beyond. There is an outside tap,
Parking is on the coast road directly outside the cottage or alternatively, on request you can park in Briarfields hotel car park a short walk away.
Additional Information
One well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
Norfolk winder stairs are, as with older character cottages, enclosed, steep, curved and narrow. Here they are carpeted with a fixed handrail.
