Marram Cottage is an original fisherman's cottage sympathetically renovated to retain its cosy charm while providing all the modern conveniences a family needs. Downstairs the living space is open-plan and has a sitting room area with an open fire, dining area, kitchen with french doors leading to the rear courtyard garden and a downstairs bathroom. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin room.
These fisherman's cottages were the lifeblood of this community for centuries and the last fisherman to own the cottage was John Ullet, who gave the cottage its unique carved fireplace with fish motifs.

Sitting area
Comprises a three seater sofa and two armchairs around a cosy open fire, television with freeview, DVD player, midi hifi system, occasional tables and lamps.
Dining area
Pine dining table and seating for six, dresser and lamp.
Kitchen area
Great addition to the cottage with french doors out to the courtyard garden and partially glazed roof, letting in lots of natural light. Double electric oven and hob with extractor over, dishwasher, larder style fridge freezer, microwave and washer/dryer.
Downstairs bathroom
Bath with mains pressure shower over, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Master bedroom
With a double bed, bedside tables, window to the rear of the property.
En-suite bathroom
Bath with hand held shower attachment, wash basin, WC and chest of drawers.
Bedroom two
With full size twin single beds, chest of drawers, hanging space and shelves, window to the front of the property.
Outside:
To the rear is a full enclosed courtyard garden with paving and shrubs and potted plants, garden furniture and a barbecue. The garden is sheltered and is a lovely sun trap to sit outside and enjoy breakfast.
There is a private parking space for Marram Cottage at the village hall, one minutes walk away and there is unrestricted parking outside the cottage on the road for loading and unloading.
Additional Information
Two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).
