Lodge End is a comfortable, well equipped single-storey, semi-detached bungalow. It is just a short walk from the beach and the amenities of the village of Heacham,
The bungalow is both cheerful and quirky with a bright sitting room with french doors leading to the charming garden which is fully enclosed and is the ideal place for al fresco dining on warmer summer evenings. There are two comfortable bedrooms and a family bathroom along with a useful utility/garden room with an extra fridge, washing machine, plus a shower room.
It is well located to explore this part of Norfolk with it's wonderful beaches, many attractions and nearby wildlife reserves.
All Ground Floor Accommodation:
Sitting room
Bright, comfortable room overlooking the garden, with two sofas, a coffee table, television with Smart TV. French sliding doors lead to the rear patio and gardens.
Dining room
With a dining table seating for four.
Kitchen
Well equipped with gas cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Views over front garden.
Bathroom
Bath with electric shower over, WC and wash basin.
Bedroom one
With a king-size bed with bedside tables and lamps, large wardrobe with mirror chest of drawers and chair. Television.
Bedroom two
Two full size single beds, bedside table and lamps. Chest of drawers. There is room in here for a cot.
Outside:
Utility/garden room
Really useful space with WC, wash basin and shower, perfect for coming off the beach. Washing machine, sink and barbecue prep area. Stools and table. Freezer.
The gardens are fully enclosed with a barbecue, garden furniture and a patio area.
Additional Information
Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).
