This stylishly modern semi-detached Victorian period cottage is situated in a beautifully quiet street, yet is in the heart of bustling Cromer, a traditional seaside resort on the North Norfolk coast. Just a few minutes walk from its Blue Flag sandy beach and array of independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, this charming bolthole is ideal for a small group of friends or couples.
Open-plan living at its best, a well-equipped kitchen/dining room opens up into a light and airy sitting room with bi-fold doors overlooking the small, sunny courtyard with salsa chairs and a coffee table. On the first floor are two bedrooms; one with a super-king size bed and en-suite shower room, and the other with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a bath and shower over.
The Coach House's superb location, only a short walk from the many amenities of Cromer and the picturesque North Norfolk Coast, makes this the ideal cottage year round. Taking in a show at the Pavilion Theatre, walking the Coastal Path, a spot of surfing - Cromer is fast becoming Norfolk's surfing hot spot! - golfing, or spending the day on a stunning, sandy beach, plus fabulous eateries the whole way along the coast, you'll be spoilt for choice at The Coach House!

With a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.

With a double bed, chest of drawers and wall hanging pegs.
Bathroom
With a bath and shower over, wash basin and WC.
Outside:
Enclosed courtyard to the rear with garden furniture.
There is off road parking for one small car in the driveway, plus plentiful parking on St Mary’s Road with no restrictions.
