Plunketts Cottage is situated in a wonderful rural location approximately one and a half miles from Brancaster village.
Offering comfortable and spacious accommodation with a super, south facing garden overlooking open countryside, the cottage offers a perfect retreat for a quiet and relaxing holiday in a rural location. Local amenities include a village shop and a pub/restaurant serving excellent food. The stunning beaches at Brancaster, Holme-next-the-Sea and Old Hunstanton are all within easy reach.
The pretty harbour village of Brancaster Staithe is approximately two miles away, where you will find locally caught fish and shellfish at The Fish Shed, a supermarket, café, petrol station, retail outlets, seasonal pop-up shops and two pubs serving good food. The bustling Georgian village of Burnham Market is around three miles away.

The cottage is approached via a long private driveway which leads to a working farm.
There is a gravelled front entrance and super, South facing enclosed garden to the rear with open views across farmland.
Off road parking to the rear of the cottage for maximum of three cars. Any boats etc by prior arrangement only.

One well behaved dog welcome (small additional charge).
Norfolk Winder stairs are, as with older character cottages steep, enclosed, curved and narrow. Here they are carpeted and there is a solid hand rail on one side only.
