The Old English Barn, dating back to the 1700's, is the epitome a laid-back bolthole, ideal for families and groups of friends who enjoy the finer things and are looking for a peaceful, relaxing escape. A perfect place to stay all year round, it's stylish, sophisticated, spacious and bursting with character, situated in an idyllic rural setting but only two miles from the traditional seaside resort of Mundesley and its many amenities.
This beautiful barn conversion has been sympathetically restored with top quality modern appliances, a well-equipped kitchen which opens out into a large open-plan dining/ sitting room with a double-sided wood burning stove and with french doors opening onto an enclosed garden - ideal to keep children and your four-legged friends safe. There is also a further terrace/ courtyard off the sitting room, a perfect spot for a morning coffee or lunch time and evening al fresco dining. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, quality furnishings and beautiful bathrooms all help create a luxurious feel. The ground floor has one double bedroom and family bathroom while the first floor has three en-suite bedrooms: a super-king, king and a twin.
The coast at Mundesley can easily be reached on foot across the lanes and fields, and from here you can link up with the North Norfolk coastal path. The Norfolk Broads are also close by, making The Old English Barn the perfect hideaway for discovering all that Norfolk has offer, any time of the year.
